Deadlyne have been scouring the eastern US for more than 6 years with their brandof head-cleansing, musical grit. In that time, they have been voted "Best Hard Rock Band" and nominated "Best New Artist" by
Philly-area press and fans, and have become underground favorites in such legendary clubs as NYC's CBGB and Lions Den, Philly's Trocadero, Hard Rock Cafe and John's Boardwalk, Boston's Rathskeller and Syracuse's Lost Horizon, among many others.
Deadlyne's sound is a hybrid of punk, alternative and active rock. The band's invigorating and infectious sound has landed them in rotation on over 90 college radio stations in the eastern US the past 18 months. The music is a swell of raw emotion and hypnotic rhythm, hard wired to the angst and disillusionment of the Generation-X persona. In more basic terms...if the guys from Jane's Addiction, Pantera, Black Sabbath and The Beatles had somehow gotten together in a small studio south of Philly to smoke grass, bitch about life and cut some tracks, it may have sounded like DEADLYNE 2002.
Look for a continuation of the "Never-ending Tour", and a massive indie promotion that will spread the thunderous sound of Deadlyne across the stormy seas of the East Coast music scene and beyond!
